Question about AT&T BlackBerry Curve 8310 Cell Phone - Red
All that I am seeing on the web forums is that the problem with my blackberry is the battery. However, when I went to Batteries plus to talk to them about it, he told me that if it was a battery problem, my phone would shut down anytime, not just on a phone call... The ONLY time my phone acts up is if I am on a phone call (even on a FULLY CHARGED battery) static... then immediate battery drain and shut down! But, I can use my phone ALL DAY long doing internet, facebook, texting and everything (as long as I don't get a phone call) and the battery life is fine. The guy at the battery store said it wasn't the battery because it wouldn't just be isolated to phone calls. Any solutions?
Not true. I replaced the battery and it now woks like new. Try it! Order a battery online. They are less expensive.
