Question about Sony KV-20FV10 20" TV
My SONY KV-20FV10 blinks off (black screen) and on at least a dozen times before a normal image appears. The blinking is growing worse (faster and longer episodes of blinking) as time passes. I tested the connections at the back of the TV; everything seemed to be fine. Any ideas?
Bad solder contacts on connector/component pins, oxydized connectors, dried up, inflated or blown electrolytic filter capacitors, burnt resistors.
Could be in the main or high voltage power supply, video section power supply, possibly in any of the other sections.
(these are just some ideas)
