If the metal support holding the wheel is bent, then it should be rebent and then reinforced as that is what I would bet is wrong unless you can see an obvious problem with the wheel itself which then replacing the wheel should fix the problem. Since I can't see the problem, I can't pick it out, so you will have to use your best judgement or try to post a couple of good pictures that I can hopefully see the problem with. My bet though is the front is bent out of shape and if you find a good metal workshop, they should be able to straighten it and reinforce it for you to last. Let me know how this turns out.

Brakes catching when moving

This happens to several types of strollers especially when the strollers are folded frequently; A person with a short step or when walking slowly will encounter this problem less. If this happens too often secure the brake lever in the up position, cheapest way would be with "duct tape."

One or more wheels may be crooked, either the axle is bent or there's the manufacturer defect. I would call the store you purchased it from to see if they can warranty the repair or replace any faulty parts.

(Personally for the price I don't recommend Phil & Ted's stroller as there are far better make & models out there that won't have such issue. I don't want to discourage you but that's been our experience with these strollers)

Bought an older evenflo comfortflow stroller. Can't figure out how to break it down. Printed on handle: pull up, squeeze, push down. Nothing happens.

I own one also. I think the button gives out over time but don't worry it still folds. Look at the front of the stroller like your putting a kid in you will notice two handles one on each side, there are buttons on both and they jam sometimes, push the buttons in an pick up at the same time and it will fold.

Folding the bebecar raider at

Press and twist the release button in centre of handle (twist towards seat), while simultaneously pulling up the secondary release on right hand side of handle (just where the rubber grip ends). There is a red dot on each of these so they can be identified.

We had the same problem a few months ago - hadn't used it in a couple of years - had to pull out the manual.

Hope this helps

Graco Quattro Tour Duo Stroller won't fold up

I called customer service at Graco and explained the problem, asked for a fix. The rep said the part is not replaceable and told me to send the stroller back to them for 'evaluation and/or replacement'.  They will pay to FedEx it back to them this week. So that is where it stands.
Thank you very much for your site and offering a chance to put the problem out there.

My jogging stroller shakes

Well, i'm not positive in this, seeing how I never had kids, but while jogging are you pushing down harder on the stroller? or you could look for smaller wheels to put it on, but then again you might have'ft to bend over to do it, and if the handle which you push is tall that has to do with force viberating the stroller
