I never asked for help with a computer, rather I asked for help with my pancake air compressor which will nmot build up any pressure and did not receivce an answer

If it's not building up any pressure,you have a leak,maybe a bad rubber seal Jack.

most probably the one way valve in the heads unless the drain tap is opened

most likely the regulator is shoot. But also try checking for leaks with dish soap and water in a spray bottle.
