Turn the pressure adjustment knob in to get the desired pressure.

most likely the regulator is shoot. But also try checking for leaks with dish soap and water in a spray bottle.

remove the intake filter and check to see if the compressor is sucking or blowing if it is blowing out air from the intake you have a bad valve

sounds like valves in head have failed and need to be replaced, that is where I would start looking first.

most probably the one way valve in the heads unless the drain tap is opened
