Yes, you can! and it's awesome! As far as flushing the salt water from the engine, you'll have to purchase an adapter for the water intake hose. This adapter has a connection for a garden hose, so when you connect the fresh water hose, turn the water on, start and run your jetski for @ 4-5 minutes. Then turn the water off and continue to run the engine (throttling up & down) to get the water out. Just like when you come out of a lake. Google for your specific model or go to a dealer.
