Question about HP OfficeJet 6310 All-in-One Printer (Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax) w/USB Printer Cable , Retail
I've always been able to click on printer tool box from HP Solution Center to see my ink levels and all of a sudden it stopped working. When I click on the tool box, nothing happens and the window shuts down. I also don't have the option to choose ink levels directly from the printer itself.
Why is that?
It could be the drive has become corrupted and should be reloaded, but to see ink levels all you have to do is to go to settings, and right click on the one you want to see, in order to display its properties.

There is a possibility that the original install of the HP Solution Center has gotten corrupted in same way. Uninstall it and reinstall it and you should be good to go after that.
