SOURCE: did not recieved operators manual with dewalt

1. Select the Radio Station you want to save.
2. Press and hold the Memory button that you want that station on, 1, 2, 3, 4.
The display will flash the station number, when it stops flashing, the channel is set.

Your radio/charger is equipped with memory capacity in order to store the time and your selected memory channels. When the radio is in the OFF position, this memory capacity is powered by two (2) AA batteries.
Please check these and replace all both pieces if they would be weak.
Thanks.

Almost certainly yes, but ask the DeWalt Service Department. They will know.

Replacing the fuse

Hi John.

It appears that the fuse is located on the inside, attached to the battery holder.

There are two versions of the DC011.

Go here:

http://servicenet.dewalt.com/Products/Detail/DC011

Enter the type (1 or 2) that you have.

Look at the parts diagram. In either version, the fuse is #9 on the diagram.

The part is listed below.

Good luck from Detroit, MI.

My dewalt am /fm radio turns on but no sound.?

Ensure the volume is up,try tuning on all frequencies and ensure you are on the right bandwidth. If you still don't get a signal then check your speakers to see if they aren't disconnected in anyway they might be faulty and need replacement or it might just be a wire that needs to be soldered properly.

Check thoroughly to see if the wires connecting the speakers are still intact.

Many of these radios have memory backup batteries and when they become weak or dead the microprocessor becomes wacky.
