The annual open enrollment period for the upcoming 2019 plan year will be from October 15th through November 15th, 2018.

OPEN ENROLLMENT ELECTION OPTIONS

• If you choose to remain with your current plan, NO ACTION IS REQUIRED.
• If you are a currently enrolled in the Anthem Medicare Advantage plan with TRB and would like to change your election to Stirling Medicare Supplement plan with TRB please complete the form which will be in the envelope that you receive from the TRB. You can also obtain a copy of the form by clicking Anthem Medicare Advantage Opt-Out form.
• If you are currently enrolled in the Stirling Medicare Supplement plan with TRB and would like to change your election to Anthem Medicare Advantage plan with TRB please complete the form in the 2019 Anthem pre-enrollment kit. You can also obtain a copy of the form by clicking Anthem Medicare Advantage enrollment form.

• If you choose to cancel all TRB coverage, please complete the TRB Health Insurance Cancellation Form available on our website. Click on this link to access the form. TRB Health Insurance Cancellation Form. You will not be able to re-enroll for two years.

You go to a Computer Science School for 4 years, graduate, maybe check out Design School 2-4 years, then look at the best practices in the industry to which your enrollment will apply, and do that or better. Include coverage for cases like enrolment rebate and volume check at any stage, compliance, enrollee switching etc.

1. Take numerous science and biology courses in high school.
   

2. Go to a college where you can take three years of pre-optometry courses. Consult your guidance counselor during your junior year about colleges that offer such a program.
   

3. Find and visit optometry Web sites with the help of a major search engine like Google or Yahoo. Look for information on optometry schools and their admission requirements.
   

4. Take the Optometry Admissions Test during your second or third year in college. The test will measure your academic and scientific knowledge.
   

5. Apply for admission to optometry schools accredited by the Council on Optometric Education of the American Optometric Association. Keep in mind that competition is great.
   

6. Complete your optometry school's four-year course of study and pass a written and clinical state board exam.
   

7. Apply for your state license after receiving your O.D. degree. You should ask your state's Board of Optometry well beforehand about its licensing procedure.
