I have recently purchased an olympus fe 210 and an 512mb smart card, it was working fine, yesterday took a heap of pics, could preview them perfectly last night on camera, now when i turn on camera it says card error and beeps, i cant download them on my puter either through usb or xd memory reader, please is there any way to get these pics, they are important ones of my daughters formal. I will throw this card away and replace after retrieved

Even I'm getting the same CARD ERROR problem in my Stylus 710 which is only 11 months old. I was using the Camera, clicked photos, turned it off for couple of minutes and when I turned it ON again, I was getting this blue screen and CARD ERROR. I can not copy the data even :( Only few photos could be copied for rest of them it says "preview not available" or when I try to copy I get the Corrupted Data error! Please help me how could I retrieve my data and what could be done with memory Card. It would be truly appreciable!!!

Suggest a new solution for this problem
