Question about Brother Sewing Machines
Make sure machine is threade as manual indicates. make sure presser foot is up when threading.
once threaded, lower presser foot and pull needle thread, it should cause needle to bend a little as thread comes through needle. if needle does not bend, tighten needle tension after checking thread is between tension discs and there is no foreign matter caught in tension discs.
