Hey all here is the problem. I got the Clarion CZ109 CD Receiver AND the Ford Wire Harness receiver. Now is there anyone that could explain the proper wiring procedure? Also does anyone have all the wiring explanations for the Ford? Right now If the RED, Yellow (15a) and Yellow (3a) are connected to the FORD's RED *AND* my lights are on (required) then i get power and I can press the PWR button and it lights up but I have no sound. Im not using the Phone Mute or the 2 blue Amplifiers. Coming FROM the Ford Wire Harness, Im not using the red or yellow. Please help!!

You can pick up a harness at walmart. You have to wire your radio harness to the new harness then just plug it in. Here is a link to the harness kit.

This is because you need to purchase the aftermarket-oem harness plug. This harness plugs into your original equipment radio harness and allows you to plug any aftermarket radio into the stock deck wires. After you plug the harness in you can then connect the radio wires together.Your local autoparts store or circuit city or best buy or audio express will have these radio conversion plugs.I hope I could help
the power amp is usually under the back seat.your stereo sounds like the 2000 premium model.take the radio out and go to ford and they will match it up to get you the right info for an aftermarket harness.the ford service manual has the pin out,and you can wire it all from that data.
