There usually isn't one, they pair themselves. Do you have the switch turned on under the mouse. The optical light should be on & power to the reciever through the USB port. Try another USB port that you know that works.

Help me please ^^ i just bought this mouse and when i plug i, it doesn't install and my PC is saying that it doesn't recognize it

Try replacing the batteries and connecting the mouse again. If you just now bought it and it doesn't work, ask for your money back. There are a lot of negative reviews for this mouse.

GE Wireless 2.4 GHz Mouse 99914 can't get batteries in it

Right below the storage compartment for the USB Nano receiver is a small lip clip. You can try to light it up carefully with your nail or a small tool and the whole plastic piece holding the batteries in place will lift up. You then will be able to insert the batteries. Remember this is a plastic piece so it can break easily. Hope this helps.

GE wireless optical mouse suddenly stopped working. i restarted computer and tried to reset both mouse and the receiver to no avail. also changed out batteries.

Hi, my mouse work fine since pressed simultaneously the buttons of the mouse and the receiver. Previously, I had disarm the receiver, but all was fine, so I'd arm again the receiver and plug to laptop; I'd press both buttons and mouse work. For any reasson, mouse and receiver lost conection and is necessary re-establish comunication pressed both buttons. I hope my experience (my case) to be useful to someone.

I have a GE wireless optical mouse that has decided no to work

I had the same problem till I discovered there are two buttons (not just one) you have to push to re-link the mouse and the USB receiver. Plug the little receiver in, push the tiny "connect" circle on the receiver (which is actually a button I guess), then wait for the red light to start blinking. Then press the little link button on the bottom of the mouse.
