This is commonly caused by worn agitator dogs. The following link explains:

The part number is included in the instructions I provided. carries them for about $5.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

You have to open 3 screws on top and 4 screws on the bottom. 5 other screws from the inner bottom. Slide the rotor out from the top and unscrew the small blue switches. These switches burn and get stuck together by heat. If you can loosen them then it will still work. Clean all parts when reassembling. If it doesn't work buy parts from here: . Ask this ebay guy if he has some more other parts. Sometimes he does.

My Kenmore Built-in microwave doesn't heat and the turn table doesn't turn. Model 911-47812200

It is good that the microwave does not work all together. It might be an interlock button or even a relay connection burn on the main mother circuit board.

Need a qualified technician. The service manual will be like $20-50.

If you can easily spin that agaitor coupler free by hand..its stripped and needs to be replaced. The part number for it is WH49X10042 it could be purchased at your local appliance parts store or online at;

Washer will not drain

Empty turn on side can be a couplke of things. Check drive transmission and water pump for obstruction/binding and for slippage replace parts as needed.

Wobbly agitator

If you remove the center cap from the agitator there should be either a bolt or a square recessed socket that you can attempt to tighten. The bolt is either 7/16" or 1/2". The recessed socket can be tightened using a 3/8" to 1/2" socket adapter.

Make sure the agitator is seated properly on the center post. You can accomplish this by finding the mounting bolt and loosening it enough to free the agitator on the post and push down evenly on the bottom flanges at the base of the agitator where it meets to bottom of the tub.

Try this and let me know if it helps. Post back if you need further assistance.
