i have prima lcd tv and i have digistar universal remote control for this tv.but i can't and program and use this remote for watching tv programs.what should i do?if i need code ,how and from where i can get that code and how can i use that code .pls solve my problem

I have a digistar lcd tv that im trying to use one control for .I have purchased a remote from the source but need a three digit code for the star choice receiver as well as tv.
