The memory / ram can see behind or under the laptop, it have two small screw removed and it will see the memory, or if it will not be behind it under the keyboard, lift it by partially / caution time, so good luck and have a nice day

Several times each day my mouse on my laptop (Dell Lattitude E5510) becomes unresponsive. I can then use the touch pad to restore my control or the mouse works if I switch USB ports. It doesn't se

Some mouses stop responding if you do not use it for a few minutes. This is usually a battery saving feature. Usually all you got to do is use the scroll button to reactivate the mouse by scrolling up or down. This will bring the mouse back to life. When you change the ports you are actually doing the same thing (reactivating). Also check whether battery needs changing.

Hey my toshiba laptop pad mouse dosn't work it's frozen ,,i only bought it before 10 days ..and i can't use another mouse help me plz

This problem may occurs due to hardware fault or due to some setting changes doesn't matter that you did or not but sometimes it happened because of some other programs.
Here is the solution if it's not a hardware fault:
* Click on Start button
* Then select Control Panel
* Now select the Mouse option
* Under Mouse option window click on Device Settings and in that window touch-pad should be listed...
* Enable it.
Hope this will solve your problem.

Touch pad does not operate. have uninstalled and reinstalled correct driver and PC device manager says device is working properly with no conflicting programs. generally, the pad did not really operate...

Hello,

it is possible that the touch pad is disabled. Check control panel to actually confirm.

Since your touch pad is not operating, you will need an external mouse to perform this task.

Here is what you have to do to check if the touch pad is disabled.

Turn on your laptop, wait till it boots completely.

Click start,

Scroll to Control Panel select Control Panel.

Under control panel, (you will find a Mouse icon), click Mouse and a dialogue box will pop out.

On the dialogue box, click "Device settings".

Under device settings, you will find "Synaptics Touchpad..."

Highlight the "Synaptics Touchpad..." by clicking on it once, then click enable.

By now the mouse pad should be enabled. Apply the changes for it to take affect.

If the above doesn't solve the problem, try performing system. System restore can help to back date your computer to the time when the touch pad was working....

Go to Start > All programs > Accessories > System tools > System restore. Read and follow instructions.....

If the two solutions does not work, please let me so that I can further help you.

Yours sincerely.

Mouse frozen which keys to use instead my lap top works how I am able to write now. My Desk top computer mouse is frozen?

If you were using a physical mouse (instead of a track pad), then try a different mouse.If you were using the track pad, get a USB mouse and plug it in. If it works, then continue to use the USB mouse. If no type of mouse will work at all, it is a software issue. If rebooting doesn't fix the issue, you may have to reinstall windows. If you are using a mouse with a driver that was installed using a disk, try uninstalling that driver from the add/remove programs window (programs and features wind on vista and later).

Yes, try replacing the power button assembly first and the heatsink assembly and fan before shelling out big bucks on a Mobo (which is probably pulled from another LT).
