My wife is again for jury,I had submitted a doctors letter last time she was considered and the same still holds true70 years and PTSD plus a felon , must I do this again ?

You contact the court (municipal, county, or Federal) court which issued the jury duty notice and ask to have a duplicate (replacement) letter sent to you.

Notify the court that he cannot serve jury duty because of his current condition. They will ask for proof of his handicap.
You can get it from his doctor's office.

I am not sure, but I think if you could get doctors note confirming your condition, you could be excused, but because its law you go on jury duty when called up, you are probably best to find out which court you are to attend and give them a call and explain and see if they could tell you if you have a medical reason for not attending, what prove would the court need to maybe cancel your duty. hope that's helped you abit

No but if you tell them your a felon they will...and they don't check

We have dined at We Serve Great Food many times in the past. Last Saturday night, my wife and I had the opportunity to enjoy your fine establishment again. We had A, B and C, all recommendations of the house - It was delicious, good picks. Service was excellent as we have come to expect. We also enjoyed a bottle of your fine house wine, a perfect match. Desert was to die for ... actually, we nearly did die. Several hours after our otherwise fine dining experience, we both fell grossly ill. We went to the emergency room at We Are Sick Hospital just down the street from your restaurant, where the doctor stated unequivocally that we were suffering from food poisoning. He stated we were not the first to suffer from this malady that evening. We were saddened by this and wish to bring this to your attention. Certainly, other of your guests must have fallen victim to the same.

We look forward to dining with you again in the future, however, we do have certain concerns. Can you please let us know what you have done to alleviate the problem that caused our illness in the first place? Enclosed, please find the report from our doctor.

well they dont make am like the did,,,if its been over heating and turning off, for a full year, its dead now, and as there are microwaves on the market for less than £50.00p whats the problem get a cheepy use it till it drops dead then get another one,,, ok?
oh, by the way,, my first microwave i got way back in 1978!!!!! lasted till 2005 it was used every day to cook for 6 children, one unhappy wife, and me? (who is all ways happy now wife has gone?) beet that one?
