You could have mineral deposits on the temperature probe inside of the unit. If you remove the heater and purchase a bottle of lime and scale remover (lime away) to put inside of it. Let the unit sit full of water and chemicals for 24 hours. Flush out the unit to remove any residue. You may see the water is brown if you have a lot of buildup. Reconnect unit and test your settings. If this doesn't work, install a anti-scalding device, available at a plumbing supply store.

Regretfully we have cowboy plumbers on this side of the pond!! I Sent you a few links that should help. The last one is the installation manaul (12pages) The Middle one looks like a 60 page catalog. And the top one is the company website.

The Redring Superflow 3000 was not produced after 2001. You can try calling the showerdoc 0131-538-4343 or going to showerdoc.co.uk

pull the handle off and there is a black dial you can pull out and readjust on the shaft of the cartridge that will allow you to have cooler and hotter settings. it's black plastic and has little splines on it . the more you go one way the hotter it gets and the same the other way gets cooler

Take a look at the .pdf document on their site. There will be adjustments within the unit that will assist you in adjusting the tempature. They advise that there could be seasonal adjustments that would need to be completed. I've assumed your model is the Activa 320S as I could not find a redring 3205. Good Luck.
