A main board would never cause the entire screen to have a blue haze as long as you have video and I assume you do. This is a common issue of backlights being over driven and the temperature K value goes up from a cold white to blue purple color. If you order and replace the backlights it will have the right colors again. You can remove the screen and defuse sheets to get at the LED strips, power the set up without the panel and screens in you will see the lamps are blue colored. Reset it to factory setting,If still getting bad colors shadding.Return it,for a replacement.The backlight video board have problems.

If the backlights for the screen do come on and you also have 12v and 5v feed the main board then it does sound like the mainboard will need to be replaced.
