If you have a voltmeter i would check all the voltages at the power supply board, the board you got to replace it could have issues to. ShopJimmy is a good company i have done a lot of business with, but the boards they sell were salvaged from used TV's also, so theres no guarantee that the board you got was perfectly functional either. I have had a few intermittent/bad boards from them that they replaced after contacting customer service. If the voltages look good, and swapping the board again does nothing, then its probably a mainboard failure. Sometimes when the caps go bad it fries other stuff after it.
If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.

Power failures can cause all types of problems, have you firstly checked the fuse in the mains plug? If that is ok then it may have blown an internal fuse in the power supply board, these are there to protect the rest of the circuit from power surges.
