Innovage Touch-Panel Speaker Phone does not work...

love my new phone, but when it is plugged in my other phones won't work right. the telephone will ring and i pick up an old phone and its dialing a bunch of numbers before i can say hello.
i also can not call out on any of my old phone if my new one is plugged in.
someone please tell me what to do.
