Flash wont work

I tried to take a picture using the different modes of flash and for some reason the flash wont work. I unfourtionatly do not have the manual to the camera. Please help!

i have a vivitar vivicam 3330 and i lost the C.D. to download my pictures on my computer. where can i get a new one??
