You mean add a different account? Android os? If you have done a total reset the account info should be gone?

Hi,
All android devices have a FRP lock system.
once you sign in with a google account on the device for the first time of purchase the FRP lock is activated.
you have to use the same google account since the phone was reset or formatted.

Try a series of codes until the unit will no longer accept anymore and asks you to sign in to your google account. Signing in to your google account will allow you to open the phone. If you don't have a google account in the user name box type the word null, in the password box type four zeros, ie 0000. Your tablet should now open and you can then reset your password code.

One of the following may be happening:

• You're not using the correct Google Account. Sign in with the Google Account you specified during the update process.
• You still need to update to a Google Account. Sign in with your DoubleClick username and password, or click the Update Now link to start updating your sign-in information.
• You're on the DoubleClick sign-in page instead of the Google sign-in page. Click theSign in with your Google Account link and enter your Google Account sign-in information on the page that appears.
• You're already signed in to another Google Account on this computer. You can be signed in to only one Google Account at a time. Sign out of the other Google Account, and try to sign in to your DoubleClick product again.
• In a few situations, you still need to use your legacy DoubleClick username and password.

go to setting and reset to factory setting
ie:hard reset
but before proceding backup you data with googleand also to the external memory card so that you can restore your contacts and all after reset

Create a new one.

Are you able to log in to the play store from http://play.google.com ? What is the error you're seeing when you try to log in from the phone? Have you gone into the settings to your accounts, to make sure your gmail / google account information is correct?

That phone runs the GOOGLE Android OS. It is meant to work with your google account.
If you do not have one, make a new Gmail account. It is free, and it is the best email out there.

You should be able to make a new account from the phone. There should be an option to do so.
If not, just make a Gmail, then use that information to set the phone up.
You havn't been ripped off! Don't worry, that is normal for Android phones. That is a nice phone, and a good choice! :3 If you need any help with it, just ask.

or you can make google account, go to www.google.com then click gmail then sign up g mail account, after you finish sign up process you automaticly has google account
