To set the remote to mode 3: press and hold both the i and BACK buttons for 3 seconds or until you see the green light blink on 1 and 2 (below the i and BACK buttons). The DStv Explora must be set up to "listen" for the correct mode. You can do this in DStv Central. Press the DStv button

They all have a hard drive whether or not it is a traditional hard drive or an SSD (solid state drive) because they can record programs to watch at a later date. do a Factory Reset and scrub it clean.

What size and type of graphic card is in my explora pc rs2800 desktop

It is an integrated VIA UniChrome Pro. Integrated uses some of your computers memory (or shares it) as graphics memory.
