Why is this happening to my Craig 13 inch tv Model:
This is a fairly common issue. First remove the batteries from your remote control/s that are capable of operating your tv. Did this stop the issue? If so, you need to replace your batteries, if not, check the remotes for ay stuck buttons or the possibility of them having had any liquid spilled on them since the problem started. If all is still negative, how close do you live to your nearest neighbor? Sometimes people who live in apartments will receive the input of a remote control from a person living next to them. If all else has been checked, and you have ruled any of your neighbors, then I'm afraid to tell you that the electronics which control the channel and volume settings on your tv are in the process of going bad. This is most likely caused by a small capacitor, but once the capacitor has gone, it can cause even more components to receive incorrect voltages and in turn ruin them causing cascade electronic failure. A repair shop can fix or replace the components or the board, But cost wise, it is rarely worth doing so.
