A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Have samsung b3310 but can't receive or send pics on ATT

Try these they worked for me & I have the same phone:

MMS settings:
Menu --> Messages --> Settings --> Multimedia Messages --> MMS Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: AT&T MMS, Home URL:, check the box next to "proxy", IP Address:, Port: 80, Linger Time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, Bearer: GPRS then go to Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID:, password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive). Hit "save" twice, then "options" then "activate." This will activate your MMS so you can send and receive picture messages.

WAP settings:
Menu --> Internet --> Settings --> Browser Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: WAP Profile, Home URL: http://device.home, Proxy: check box, IP Address:, Port: 8080, Linger time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, GPRS --> Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (case sensitive), Password: CINGULAR1 (also case sensitive). Hit "save" twice then "options" then "activate." This will allow you internet access.

Hope this helps!!

I cant seem to be able to set up the internet on KA08

Setting Up Your Internet Settings On The KA08: Manysellers will ask you which carrier you are going to use and will sendyou the corresponding phone. If this happens, you just need anactivated sim with data (as described above) and you're good to go. Sometimes, this doesn't happen though. So, if this is your case, you'll need to go into the settings. Because occasionally, you'll getthe factory settings and you'll see that your phone is pointing toChina Mobile or something similar. There is no need for panic. Justgo into the WAP settings, data settings, Java, and MMS settings, scrolldown and hit edit. Find the correct settings either through yourcarrier or by buying or getting the step by step instructions orsoftware that are available all over the net (usually for only a coupleof bucks.) You can either follow along step by step entering the datain (and always remember to then hit "activate") or you can downloadsoftware that does the work for you. Either way, you should be up andrunning in no time. (Note: if you're using Opera Mini, you must go inand also change the Java settings. If you don't you'll keep getting anerror message.)
