bad cartridges or you set it not to remind you of ink running low
If so maybe try to remove the head and let it cap.
Unplug it for 30 minutes and re-install head etc.
try to remove the cartridge from the printer and then try to print some docx,,, without the cartridge....
an error should say that the installed cartridge is not recognized...
just try to print thrice or more then put back the cartridge...
this should solve the problem....
