Water leaking from top on water heater

If it's leaking from a hose then you can try unscrewing the hoses, put some Teflon tape on the water heater threads and tighten. If it's leaking from the rim or under the threads call a appliance repairman.

I have a GE smartwater reverse osmosis system model number GXRM10GBL02. Water leaks daily from the small hole on the faucet on my counter top. Any idea why water comes out that small hole? Otherwise the...

That is the drain for the reverse osmosis system. You have what is referred to as an AIR GAP faucet. The waste water is pushed up there before it goes to drain just as the drain for a dishwasher does. If water is coming out of the faucet the drain is most likely plugged or the line is kinked causing water to back up and overflow. Check the drain line for kinks and clean out the drain where it attaches to the stand pipe.

Sink tap has overflow going directly into the drain and constantly running. This is a reverse osmosis system that is outside warranty.

If you mean the little weep hole on the tap is leaking? If so, then the drain line connected to the sink drain is clogged. Remove this line and see if it's draining free.(have bucket ready) Most likely it will be where it enters your sink drain at that fitting, clogged with sink drain materials.

Water puddles leaking our of overflow pipe onto floor

sounds like your pressure relief is leaking. Make sure your home water pressure isn't abnormally high (above 80 psi). As long as your water pressure is fine, you should replace the pressure relief.
