Question about Panasonic KX-P2023 Matrix Printer
Alignment is off on the slider track that the carriage moves left/right on. Power down, move the carriage to the far left. power back on and let the system calibrate. There should be a reset sequence where you hold down the menu or online button and keep it down while you turn the unit on. That will put it in a self test mode that you can cancel by powering off then back on.
