1. Update iTunes
Download and install iTunes 7.0.1 or later
2. Update your software

3. Enable DirectDraw and Direct 3D Acceleration
In Windows XP and Windows 2000:
From the Start menu, choose Run.
In the Open field, type dxdiag, and click OK.
In Windows Vista:
Click the Start menu
In the Start Search field, type dxdiag and press Enter.
The DirectX Diagonostic tool window opens as shown below:
In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, select the Display tab
Be sure that both DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct 3D Acceleration are Enabled.
