how can i use my bluetooth device on my acer laptop 1640series when i switch it on it says no device on my screan what can i do about this?

- when i move the switch for my bluetooth it doesnt do anything there is no light or symbol and when i try and send pics my phone cant find a device. I hav a switch for infra red and for bluetooth but neither seem to work do i need to turn another switch on? I hav an acer aspire 3660 can anyone help!!!!- GuestOct 29, 2008

Look under Device Manager to see that the Bluetooth hardware is showing up.
