All you need to do is to log in to your netflix. Go to your account management page and you can change your pament options, change type of account everything right on that page. Hope this helps :)
Try changing the PS3 Sound output settings, check the cables leading to the console and TV, and if that doesn't solve it, watch another movie, then come back to the original. i had this prob and sorted it by watchin the stap by stap videos on youtube. be very careful by how you extract and place the files, i made one simple mistake and ended up on the endless loadiing screen. noe thanks to youtube its sorted.
