Problem installing vista or xp, v2a-vm motherboard

Problem installing vista or xp using a new asus m2a-vm motherboard , gets all the way through the installation but when it restarts nothing happens

I faced a similar situation on an Asus motherboard, but a different model. Check the motherboard's manual & make sure that the memory modules installed on the motherboard are one of the recommended in the manual. If they are not, replace them with compatible memory modules.

For asus.
the site is support.asus.com
Select your hardware type (Motherboards) Select your socket type (AM2) Select your product (m2a-vm) Select your OS in the popup Download the newest firmware.
(NOTE: DO NOT interrupt firmware flashes and follow ALL instructions carefully)

2)Under select product , select motherboard option
3)Under select series , select SocketAM2/AM2+/AM3
4)Under select model , select M2A-VM
5)Select the os as windows xp
6)download the drivers from the results shown

M2A-VM Audio problems I have windows 7 installed. Is there a setup disk for the drivers? Also, i would like to be able to install the audio and find the steriomix function. Thanks


Asus website has drivers up to Windows Vista(may work for Windows 7): http://asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=St3pWpym8xXpROQS&content=download
for audio install audio driver and stereomix function you probably can find in Manual

M2A-VM random reboot


there is no windows xp sp3.all sp3 are made by hackers which used to hack the systems easily.so please change ur operating system and also uncheck the My computer(right click)->properties->advanced->startup and recovery,uncheck the automatically restary.
ur problem may be solved.
