Take the outer casing off and look & see if something is jammed within the unit. Hopefully this helps you out.

How do I cancel free trial to Diabetic Living and Prevention magazines?

The publisher's policy on how they treat cancellations is info you'll have to get directly from them. You can usually find some of that info in their "masthead" which is normally near the Table of Contents. You'll find the location, contact info, etc of the publisher which will allow you to contact them. Perhaps a web address too. But every magazine makes their contact information accessible, so just call them!

Cartride won't eject

The magazine may not be able to eject because a CD is stuck and not completely seated inside.

Stuck CD Magazine

You'll have to take the cover off. Look for screws around the back and on the sides. Most likely a cd is wedged in the wrong place. (not fully ejected) and is preventing the magazine from ejecting.

6cd cartridge is stuck in the interchanger in my bmw 5 series how do i get it out

Magazine-type CD changers have a common failure mode caused by a CD stuck between the player mechanism and the magazine. It may be necessary to resort to removal and some disassembly to get access to the stuck disc

Saab cd changer

You may have a CD stuck between the player mechanism and the magazine. You can try loading and unloading several times to correct the problem but eventually you may have to resort to disassembly to get the CD back into the magazine

Mercedes cd changer stuck

There may be a CD that did not completely return to its slot in the magazine, for example if power was turned off before the return was completed. Don't know how to fix it. You might power up and try a load-unload cycle to get back to normal.

How do I remove a stuck 6CD changer magazine?

Our Bose has a 5 CD player, So, I'm not sure if this is the same for your base unit, but here goes. You'll need: a bright light and a small screwdriver that reaches inside the chassis (or equivalent).

1. Disconnect the base unit from the system.
2. Turn the base unit upside down and find the access hole embossed with "Manual magazine release" on the CD player side.
3. Using a bright light, look inside the base unit at those access holes and find the fine spring and locate where it fastens to the sheet metal of the CD player.
4. When you find the spring you should see that it connects to the CD player chassis at the forward end and a piece of sheet metal that is on top (actually underneath when the base unit is right-wide up) of the CD player chassis at the rear end. This is the manual release mechanism.
5. Using the small screwdriver, push the release mechanism rearward to release the CD magazine from the player. The magazine should pop out.

If the magazine is not released, then the CD that is still in teh player has not been slid back fully into the magazine. In this case you'll need to plug the base unit back into power and hope that the CD is retracted, allowing you to push the release mechanism rearward. If not then you'll have to open the base unit to access the CD player.
