What is the role of depository participants in the stock market?

The role of depository participants in the stock market is very important. A depository helps to interact with investors through its agent who is called Depository Participants (DPs). Investors who want to invest in terms of buying and selling stocks/shares have to open an account with depository participants. Such an account opened with a depository participant is known as a Dematerialized account.
A depository participant (DP) is the entity appointed by a depository through which its services are provided to investors.
An investor opens a Demat account with DP to avail services such as dematerialization & rematerialization of shares, maintaining a record of securities held by investors & many more. Thus the role of depository in stock market is very important.

I was approached by a company called MSA Consultant they promise to reduce my credit whilst we were busy processing they started debiting money from my account and creditor at the same time i quit

I'm not sure what you mean by contact details are 0731767523 but you should never give your bank account details out to anyone over the internet to a company unless it's a company you've used before and can trust. However, being that you have already done this I suggest contacting the better business bureau and filing a complaint, then asking your bank about disputing the charges.

I am planning to set up a merchant cash advance company. What is the procedure to collect payments?

Merchant cash advance collect payments mainly by three withholding methods:

· The credit card processing company splits the credit card sales between the business and the finance company. This splitting is done on the basis of the proportion that was fixed earlier. It varies between 10% to 22%. This process is known as split withholding process.
· Business's credit card sales that are deposited to a bank account are controlled by the finance company. After this the pre-decided percentage is forwarded onto the business. This is done via ACH, EFT or wire. This process is known as lock box or trust bank account withholding.
· When it is considered as a sale, the finance company gets the information of credit card processing. This is followed by deduction of a percentage directly from the business's checking account via ACH.
But when it is considered as a loan, the finance company starts debiting a fixed amount on a daily basis, whether there is business sale or not.
This process is known as ACH withholding.

HI , I AM TRYING TO FIND AN ACCOUNT LIST FOR AN ELECTRICIAN TO USE ON MYOB 12.5 PREMIER. KEEPING IN MIND IT IS FOR A TRUST COMPANY WITH ONLY 2 OWNERS TO PAY A WAGE TOO! PLEASE HELP THANKS, KELLIE

In MYOB Accounting, try to create a company file. After filling in the required details about your company, you will be taken to a page "Build your accounts list". You have an option to choose a list provided by MYOB, Select the Industry classification "All" and then choose Type of Business, the closest I can see is Electical Contractos. Is that what you looking for?
