Question about T-Mobile Sidekick
I charge my phone and no less than 10 minutes after i disconnect it from the charger , it starts losing signal . and then the battery starts to die . the only way for me to keep my signal is for me to keep the sk on the charger . ive gone to different tmobile stores , done all the resets :soft reset , hard reset , factory reset , and still it continues having the same problem . the customer service told me that all i can do now is buy a new phone because it cracked a piece and the warranty doesnt cover physical damage -_- .
This might be the battery problem. Try to change your battery with a new one.
