2003 Hyundai Sante fe A/C fan and rad fan not turning Fast enough while A/C is on but work OK when engine come to temp. ac starts off cold then gets warm after about 5 miles.

make sure radiator and or condensor fins are not restricted with dirt , bugs etc. poor airflow across the condensor. high side pressure could rise too high causing compressor to cycle off and on and not cool the freon properly.not sure what you mean when you say you play with the relay and it comes on. compressor or the fan? pull the relay and look at the female pins and make sure they are not spread open too wide. is the check engine lamp on? sometimes computers will disable ac for some other faults. im not sure if you mean the compressor is turning off and staying off, or just not cooling well due to fan problem. if its turning off it could be a control head problem or the pcm disabling it for another reason. or if you are manipulating the relay then compressor kicks on you may have a bad relay. hope this helps

I have a 97 Toyota Camry. The AC has been working great and gets really cold. Yesterday as I am driving the light on the ac power button starts to blink, after about 45 seconds the ac turns off and stops...

CHECK THE AC AND HEATER CONTROL FUSE.MORE LIKELY FUSE BLOWED BECAUSE AC COMPRESSOR COULD HAVE FAILED IF LOW SIDE IS OVER 100 PSI. THE REED VALVE PLATE IN COMPRESSOR PROBABLY DAMAGED CAUSED COMPRESSOR FAILURE BLOWED THE HVAC CONTROLS FUSE. HAVE AC SHOP CHECK IT OUT.

Ac swith on copressor do not work

If the AC switch on the compressor doesn't work, then the system is likely low on refrigerant and won't operate it to reduce the chance of damaging the compressor, due to a leak in the system.

Fan stuck on HIGH, cant turn it off

there is a mosfet power transistor that drives the fan.it is probably shorted, applying full power to the fan at all times, even if the climate control is off

AIR CONDITIONER QUIT WORKING

Pop the hood, start the vehicle and turn the AC on. Watch the compressor, it should have a center that rotates on an off and you should hear a clicking sound. This is the compressor clutch you are looking at. If the compressor is not doing this, check the fuses for the AC. If the fuses are good, then most likely the high side sensor switch is not working, therefore the clutch never engages and the air never gets cold.

Try that and get back to me, ok?

Ac starts kicks on and off every couple mins

Sounds like the compressor is the one making the "NOISE". If the sound sounds like something trying to start, then kicking off, its probably the compressor and not the fan. Hence no cool air.

My 2006 chevy impala ac light keeps cutting off and on. When its on its coolin and when its off it just blows warm air. how do i fix this problem

Hello ,maybe i can help. There is a multiple system check to perform, but being as you are asking for help,on fix ya,I can only think you are with out ac gauges and other helpful tools. What we need to check first off is,under the hood, see if the ac compressor is turning when the problem presents it`s self(when the ac light goes off).If so,you may just need a little freon added to the system. If the ac compressor is turning when the ac light is off ,look and see if the cooling fan or fans are running. If the fan or fans are not running, then you have one out of three things happening, One is ,a cooling fan relay is not working,two-as simple as a fuse is blown, and finally,a high side pressure switch that cuts on the cooling fan,or fans has gone out.Of course the possibility of a ac compressor gone weak is also a problem to look at.You may still need a ac service tech to check it out if any of the three things I mentioned are not the problem.I hope this has helped you with your ac problem, and if I can help you any further let me know,,,,roniecon@gmail.com

A/c issue

Could be a couple things - one, if the fan switch for the AC condenser is not working, it'll keep the AC from kicking on, but that's usually seen by the compressor not coming on. When you activate the AC, do your RPM drop down at all? It should. If it does, the compressor is kicking on and you probably have a problem with the expansion valve, which is what flash chills the air. The car is pumping freon around but it's not cooling enough to cool the car. That's likely an expansion valve problem.

If you turn it on and the revs don't dip down momentarily, the compressor isn't coming on, and it could be the fan switch underhood or the AC relay.

Hello :)

1. Switch off the AC first for a few hours
2. Remove the power connector
3. See that the Compressor is cool first
4. check the air tube and the blowers
5. Reconnect the same and connect the power cables
6. Swith on the AC then
