How do I add a coma on the Letra QX50. I can see it above the "n" key but can't seem to get it.

Don`t close the back plane compleet, push print and pull on the tape, now it runs on mine. Close the back plane and everything is ok now, Good Luck!

Hi,

You need to check whether is ther any printer ribbon for this device, If any try replacing it and then it will print better.
