Open CD Cover. In the left rear is the time set button. Depress it for at least 3 seconds and you will be in the time set mode. Use the "Skip" rotary knob to adjust the time.

Go to your nearest music store and purchase a red gel (used for illuminating the stage). Or any transparent red piece of plastic. You can trim it to about 4X4 and place it in from of the clock face. FYI the red color is used in aircraft to illuminate the instrument panel with the least effect on the retinas. I think it has to do with the wave length of the light or something like that.

Hold
the memory button on the remote control, wait for the written "SYNC ON" on display and then
press the track forward (one on the right with the double arrow).
Now normally set the clock.

The "set time" button on my SR-L100 is located inside the CD compartment. To set the time the unit needs to be in the standby mode. Press and hold the set time button until the time blinks, then use the tuning/clock adj. dial to set it. Hope this helps!
To set the alarm on the TEAC SLR 100:
Be sure the radio is set to off or standby.
Hold down the BUTTON for the alarm you wish to set (#1 or #2) until the TIME ON THE DISPLAY begins flashing. Use the TUNER/CLOCKSET DIAL to change the display to the time you wish the alarm to go off. pRESS THE ALARM BUTTON BRIEFLY TO RETURN TO NORMAL OPERATION.
