IF the GPS is functional then you are probably indoors and the building is blocking the signals. Otherwise you have a blown receiver or disconnected GPS antenna.

Hey cool...jus call u the network operator...and tel him to provide gprs to u r mobile...and he will tel u to send msg to one number...then u r gps will activated...thats it!!!!
