Hisense TV's usually use PCB Boards by Vestel and not Hisense themselves, have a look at: Vestel Help If the Boards in your Hisense match this Board/Part Number format at least you'll know what to search for, replacing the power supply will not help unless the process has been incorporated into the power supply and that is not known for certain yet

If you see a picture with the flashlight you can rule out the T-Con board. It's working. So the led driver board is the problem. TV Parts Universal TV Stands DLP Chips ShopJimmy Go here for replacement parts.
Do flashlight test to see if y0ou can see an image - if so replace the inverter board that powers backlights. If no image then go for the main board.
