Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I have a NAD 3020a, there is a crackle that comes out of the right channel (i have checked by swapping the speakers and it isnt the speakers) The crackle happens all the time regardless of the volume of the amp, even if the amps volume is on lowest and there is nothing playing through it, the crackle will be the same as the opposite situation. any ideas what could be wrong with the amp, would it be something i could fix myself? Thankyou
More than likely you have a bad transisitor on that side and the frequincey is distorted there's not much you can do except take it back if it's new or take it apart and check for the bad part but if you do that you had better know what your doing!! it may be just 12 volts but thru an amp it's a nasty shock
