disc cant read the disc and will not eject the disc. I tried unplugging it and putting on and pushing eject. no good. what do you think bose 321 system...
The same way you convert music CDs to MP3. Put the disc into the drive and use Windows Media Player to rip tracks from the disc.
Be careful when doing this, though, to make sure each disc has a distinct name. I personally put the disc number at the beginning instead of the end. If you have "A Really, Really Long Book Title Disc 14", you have to wait for the Sansa to scroll to the end before you see the disc number. "14A Really, Really Long Book Title" puts the disc number at the front where it's immediately visible.
If this happens in all the discs you put in, then you should consider looking at the processor and memory speed, and most importantly, the disc drive itself. Replace the drive, if nothing happens, then upgrade your memory and processor (CPU). If this happens with only one discs or with a few discs, see if your drive can read the type of discs you put in. There is a "+" and/or "-" on the disc, it should work properly with a +/- drive. If the drive has "+" on it, then it can only read discs with a "+" on it. Hope this helps . . .
The laser is weak and its not burning discs properly to begin with. Get a new drive put in there and that will take care of the problem cause a new drive will have a new laser in it.
