I have heat-n-glo BBQ built in that doesn't seem to get over 275 degrees model pge-36-s3

I assume that you know you must keep the hood closed whn cooking with this grill since it cooks by convection. It also requires good airflow from the back of the hood to set up the convection flow.

Pizza dough sticking to pizza stone

Your stone needs to be seasoned better. Use it a few times to bake buttery cookies, buttering it well each time. The fat will absorb into the pan, making it more non stick. Also, greasing it with olive oil before putting the pizza on it may help. You also may try to not have the grill too hot, that it burns up the seasoning.

Trying to purchase Flame Shield- 3 pcs for Red Stone Gas & Charcoal Grill Model 58813TS

The grill appears to be made in China. Try your local home depot type store and look for generic adjustable flame shields. In Canada I got mine from Canadian Tire.

The igniter on my Fire Stone LG24I is no longer working properly. Can you recommend a fix?

First, have you replaced the battery in the electronic ignition button?I f you have, be sure it facing the same direction the od one was. Also, check the interior of the battery holder for corrosion on the contacts. If you find any, it can easily be cleaned with a Q-Tip & WD40.

If all the above checks out, make sure the ground wire from the igniter module is making good contact with the grill's frame. Trace all from the module to the spark igniters at each burner, to see if they are still intact and not damaged.

Hope this helped you troubleshoot and solve the problem. Thanks for choosing FixYa and Happy Grilling.

Install question for clearances to combustiable material

Rock ... as in stone? ... or rock as in sheet rock? Your new grill no doubt came with a installation guide and there should be guidance in that guide about clearances. If your grill was not intended to be built in - it will say that in that guide.

I am not familiar with this particular model, generally speaking, I would say if this is outside and you have 4 inches between the grill and rock (rock as in stone), your stone shuld not be in danger though it may get warm.

Thanks for your interest in FixYa.com

I own a villa ware pizza grill my stone got broken in a move from CT to SC. Can I purchase just a replacement stone? If so how?

I would check the unit for a manufacture's phone number. There may also be a sticker on there that has a company for replacement parts. If not the manufacture should be able to give you some insight on where to purchase one.
