Mar 16, 2015 - I have to say, though, I doubt you'll be able to recover the messages. Digital answering machines typically don't have an un-delete. Good Luck.
Dec 14, 2013 - Delay needs to be at least 30 seconds because voicemail takes just over 30 ... If you don't know your four-digit pin, it's possible you haven't ...
The VTech 6041 isn't an answering machine. If you have a separate answering machine connected to your phone line, please consult its documentation. If you're subscribed to a voicemail system provided by your telephone company, please contact them for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.
Alternatively, if you do have an answering machine connected to your phone, reply to this post and specify the make and model of your answering machine.
This website listed above shows the manuals for the vtech phones. Find your model number on your phone and retrieve the manual from the site. On the part of recovering your deleted messages on your vtech phone, you can't recover them from the device itself. If you have Vonage, Comcast, AT&T or Verizon, which all have VoiceMail systems. They can recover your deleted messages. I hope something turns out for the good on this vtech problem.
I am sorry. Your answering machine has about 14 minutes recording time.
Space is limited. After you delete a message to make room and new
messages are recorded, so old messages are pretty much shredded and un-retrievable. But
even if the message memory has not been totally rewritten, I believe
deleted message are lost for ever. That is what I read on the manual
for a GE or Panasonic phone user manual.
