That sounds more like an issue with the radio ground. Some radios ground through the antenna and finding loose connections can be time consuming. You can add an additional ground from the radio to a chassis ground. Poor connection at the Ground can cause strange issues like you are experiencing.
FYI, high-end stereos utilize an amp, or amps, for lows & mid-range speakers so the ground problem could be at the amp instead.

I have polk audio rm 705 purchased from my friend a month ago. these are working fine but one day one speaker just have very low sound coming from tweeter where as the main speaker is silent.

Try switching the speakers left to right. If the same speaker is bad on both channels, the speaker is bad. If the good speaker is now bad, the unit driving the speakers is bad.

Only right side tweeter working

check you haven't got the wires on the back of the tweeter touching, Then check the rest of the wiring you may have touched. Jon

Only tweeters are working while playing radio. No other speakers are working. ...radio operates normally, turn on , cd, all options work. What could this be? It's a 2006.

all speakers r connected to the same wires on the radio
If left/right balance and front/rear fader work properly
and sound is coming out it is likely (but not definite) radio is ok and speaker wiring is the issue.
HOWEVER, if it sounds the same on both left and right, it could be the radio. It is unlikely both sides have the same issue at the same time without it being in the radio.
The only way to verify it to disconnect the speaker and substitute a known good speaker.
So back to troubleshooting.

Ouku single din no sound from rca cables

Sorry I did not use the video out RCA cables. My audio RCA cables worked fine... I ran them to my JBL amplifier through a conversion adapter. I did not run it direct to the amp.. I used Metra TYTO-01 03-08 Toyota Vehicles Harness for JBL SYS (Ebay item 160560648718) and it worked great.

Here is the wiring color coding that I found online:

Code on stereo for steering wheel is 0000

Radio speakers shorting out

I suggest Checking the ground wire to the battery. It sounds like it is loosing earth ground to the speakers.or the technician didn't attach wire back to engine block near the compressor.
