Question about Toshiba 32AF62 32" TV
Normally this happens when the TV system detected a problem internally. The problem is with this one there are a lot of internal components that may have gone out. If you have tried turning off the TV overnight, then the problem may be with the hardware or the internal components. This could have been due to a surge of electricity or heat. If you plan on doing this yourself, please check the warranty as a service center may be well suited to trouble shoot this.
You may want to inspect first the power supply, the flyback and the horizontal output amp as these are the first that usually go out. See for physical signs of burns or leaks on the capacitor and even the smell of burnt components will provide you with a clue. If you have a tester you may check the components if they have power starting the the power supply.

first have to disconnect the AC plug to your main outlet, let it be for a few minutes, try 10 min
power it up
if symptoms persist, you just have a bad TV.
it is in protection state, and protecting itself from further damaged, and may not power up, till the fault is repaired and corrected.
If the unit is still in warranty give a ring on the dealer or visit the manufacturer web site.
note down the number of blinks
might have digital bd or power bd problem
