Question about Panasonic KX-TG2740 Cordless Phone
When people call, you don't even know, until you hear someone leaving a message. the phone won't ring on line1 at all.
Wellcome, all you need to do is to unscrew the phone and change the ringer to another one.

I do not deal with your system but I see similar problems in other phone systems. This MAY be what is happening...
The message light can be a voice mail indicator OR someone on another phone in the building can leave you an intercom message (no voice system used or required). In those cases you need to return the message by pressing the MSG button, this should make the phone ring that left you the message in the first place. That phone needs to be answered to return the message and cause your light to stop flashing.
