    Hiya

Part success - I removed all other details from the contacts and tried to transfer address book but sadly still not successful - deleted all but one contact record and it worked perfectly - added another contact and the dame problem happened - I think I need to see if I can send a single contact to the Parrot and not the entire address book - oh well - back to the drawing board - cheers

Make sure you are just transferring contacts with phone numbers and nothing else (email addresses et. etc. ) also make sure the area code is included(even on local ones) take the parrot's battery out for about three minutes, do the same to the blackberry) should fix....enjoy

Problem transferring contact list from BB 8330 to Parrot 3200 LS

Hello,

I had the same issue with my Nokia phone a long time ago. To solve that issue I had to upgrade the Parrot's firmware with the laptop through bluetooth connection while in the car. I have done this a few times to get the most out of my parrot.

I recently got a Blackberry and had no issues with the contacts whatsoever. I do have to say that I dont have 500 contacts, but only 130.

If I were you I would try to update the Parrots firmware to the latest one available in the parrots website.

I am not sure if the parrots has a maximum contacts restriction. That might be also your problem.

Hope it helped.

Unable to pair Nokia N85 to Parrot car Kit

It's possible that you need to reset the parrot - seems it might only accept pairing with one phone. On mine you hold down the red and green keys together until she tells you that she is clearing the memory, then she prompts you to pair your phone
