Question about Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-24FS120 24" TV
I turned it on the other day and both picture and sound were fine. I left the room for a moment and when I returned the sound continued fine but there was no picture - a black screen.
In this situation many possibilities could be there like:but one thing is sure that the area of problem is "Vertical Section"
1-PF could be short/open
2- Collector volts are not present due to open/short
3- Capacitor could be popped.
If you are tech person then check the Vertical Section and you will find the caused component.
And if you are not an expert then i suggest you to contact any expert because fault finding is a bit difficult and can only perform by an expert.
Thanks for using fixya.
