Haven't heard of a flashing 0 before but since the hard reset didn't fix it, I'd say faulty memory battery or stuck printer.

You can't. The key is simple but you need a key. You local supplier probably has spare keys. It does not appear to be a mainstream company here in North America.

My Uniwell EX 560 till's enter button does not work, I was busy adding PLU items to Lookout keys and somehow managed to change the enter key into a lookout key, how can I fix this?

Full Factory Reset and start again.

HOW DO I RESET UNIWELL EX570F CASH REGISTER

Hi. The old Uniwell registers are rare and Uniwell don't give out information for them. I don't have reset info since I dropped Uniwell years ago but there is a site with almost every model. Try these:

E-3 ERROR MesSaGe IS SHOWING UP EVERYTIME I ENTER ANYTHING.

It sounds like you will need to Reset it. The modern method is using a combination of key presses. In the old days there was a hidden recessed red button hiding under the Total, or Sub Total button. Pressing that button clears all memory including X and Z Totals.
